Dear Parents,
St. Francis School, Mathura, regularly evaluates its performance at the end of every academic year through parent feedback, suggestions, and internal assessment. We are proud to note the remarkable progress made by our students this year. The steady increase in new admissions reflects the strong reputation the school has earned through the dedication of the management, staff, and students, along with the valuable support of our respected parents.
At St. Francis School, we have always given utmost importance to nurturing strong moral, ethical, and civic values in our children. They have grown into confident, competent, and well-rounded individuals, well prepared for higher studies.
We are truly encouraged by your positive feedback and appreciative words. It is heartening to know that you are highly satisfied with the quality of education being provided. We sincerely thank you for your continued trust and for recommending our school to other families.
Academic and Co-curricular Initiatives
To enhance the quality of education, we have recruited experienced and qualified teachers this year. Regular staff training programmes were conducted to upgrade their professional skills. Co-curricular activities were given due importance for the holistic development of every child. Outstanding achievers were recognized and felicitated across various fields. The Annual Sports Day beautifully showcased the sporting talent of students from Pre-primary to Higher Secondary.
Infrastructure Upgradation
School Transport
The school is currently operating its own bus at a subsidized fee, which is running at a loss. Contract bus operators are unwilling to provide services at the existing low rates. If parents are willing to pay a reasonable fee, the management will arrange contract buses from July 2026.
We also wish to inform you that some private van operators drop children early — often before school staff arrive — and pick them up very late, sometimes after 1:30 p.m. In such cases, the school may not be able to keep the students on the premises. We request parents to note that the school cannot be held responsible for any untoward incidents caused by the irregularity of private van operators.
Fee Revision and Staff Welfare
Quality education depends on quality teachers. This year, we have recruited experienced teachers by offering competitive salaries and have also given good increments to our existing dedicated staff. As usual, the management has kept the fee increase at 9.5%, which is below the permissible limit.
Books and Uniforms
St. Francis Institutions do not make any profit from the sale of books or uniforms. These are arranged through reliable vendors solely for the convenience of parents and to maintain quality and uniformity. Parents are free to purchase books and stationery from any source they prefer. However, students must come to school with all required books and stationery daily.
We regret that some vested interests are spreading false information to defame the school. We appeal to our parents to ignore such baseless comments, which usually come from outsiders and not from our own parent community.
A Humble Request
Let us continue to work together for the best possible education and development of our children. Your investment in their education is the most valuable and rewarding one.
We kindly request you to read the section “Expectations from Parents” in the school diary and extend your full cooperation for the smooth functioning of the school.
Together, let us provide our children with the bright future they deserve.
May God bless our sincere efforts.
Warm regards,
Bro. Julius George CMSF
